Pauline manages the day to day work of the charity, co-ordinates outreach visits and attends meetings with appropriate council and private service providers. A growing part of her work is to attend home visits to members unable to utilise the day care service due to age or ill health. She also manages fundraising for the charity, staff, volunteers and students.
Meenu Manro - Asian Project Worker
Meenu co-ordinates the in house activities and provide outreach support to Hindi, Urdu and Bengali members of BEMSCA. She is also responsible for co-ordinating outings, booking speakers and deputising for the Co-ordinator when needed.
Sandy Wu Grant - Chinese Project Worker
Sandy provides support to Chinese and Mandarin members, including interpretation and translation of documentation and attendance at meetings with a broad range of legal, social and medical service providers and utilities. She also co-ordinates IT needs within the charity including updating website, creation of newsletter and promotional material for events.
Michael Auton – Fundraising Co-ordinator
Michael provides part time support to help BEMSCA develop its fundraising. He has worked in the charity sector for over 26 years in a broad range of roles. He is using this knowledge and experience to develop a number of new initiatives to fund BEMSCA’s vital work.
